When you make an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, optional telephone number, selected service and any message you choose to share. Please avoid providing sensitive health information unless necessary for your enquiry.
Purpose and recipients
Information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. The form sends an email to andrea@dessenawellnesschef.com, with copies to dessena.ndr@gmail.com and claudia_carvalho1992@hotmail.com. These messages are stored in the recipients’ mailboxes and may involve their respective email providers.
Hosting and protection
The website is prepared for Infomaniak web hosting. Contact requests are processed by an external provider: FormSubmit by default, or EmailJS if the personalised email option is enabled. Data is transmitted to the provider over HTTPS, then forwarded by email to the addresses listed above. The provider may temporarily retain submissions and process them outside Switzerland. This website does not maintain its own customer database. Anti-spam protection is handled by the form provider.
The website automatically displays recent posts from our public Instagram account using a third-party widget provided by Stormlikes. When the page loads, your browser connects to Stormlikes and may receive Instagram media. These services may receive technical connection information and use cookies or other tracking technologies under their respective privacy policies. You can also visit our Instagram profile directly.
Retention and requests
Submitted enquiries may be temporarily held by the form provider and are also retained in recipient mailboxes only as long as needed for replies and applicable legal obligations. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for up to 30 days. Contact us at the address above to request access, correction or deletion as applicable. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe visitors to marketing emails.
